Emerson Place is located in the heart of Groton, CT for a traffic-free five-minute commute to all employers in the area and even a five minute walk to Electric Boat! Emerson Place provides easy access to Interstate 95 which is only 2 miles away. Our location also is a five-minute drive to Eastern Point Beach and a 10-minute drive to the New London Amtrak train station and the New London Ferry Terminal. Each unit is newly renovated with modern luxury finishes including engineered hardwood floors, shaker kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, including an energy-efficient dishwasher and microwave. All units are equipped with a washer and dryer along with an in-wall A/C unit. Heat and hot water are included for all units. Emerson place is looking to create a great community and family atmosphere and that includes welcoming your pets! We look to accommodate by providing a dog play area on property. There are also community-wide outdoor patio and grill areas. Our design team has added a significant amount of lighting in the apartments and in all common areas, as well as a state-of-the-art security system. Our community comes with a full-time on-site property manager and maintenance technician. Off-street parking and Wifi is included!
