Since its inception, b7 Properties has purchased 20 multi-family properties, six of which have been sold and 14 of which are currently active. We continue to pursue multi-family acquisitions in the eight states where we currently do business. We are also looking to expand into new markets that fit our investment model. Investors in our properties have averaged 20%+ internal rates of return (IRR) and annual cash-on-cash yields in excess of 10%.
What sets b7 properties apart is our detailed-oriented, customer-focused, and hands-on approach to acquisitions, property management, refinancing, and disposition. We focus exclusively on properties that are within an hour’s drive of where we are based. Additionally, we manage properties ourselves at all stages - acquisition and due diligence, leasing, property and financial management, renovations and maintenance.
