b7 Properties LLC is a group of hands-on owners and operators based in New England who work diligently to provide the best experience for our residents. At all of our properties, we put an on-site team in place that we believe will create a safe and inclusive environment. We emphasize clean and healthy living through our property managers, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, and renovation team.
What We Do
We purchase and operate multi-family properties that are tired and in need of renovation. Our goal through our renovation plan is to provide the community we are located in with a new supply of affordable luxury apartments. We update every apartment with brand-new appliances and updated finishes. We also update the common areas and exteriors of the properties to ensure we are providing the quality of living our residents deserve.
