WHO WE ARE
b7 Properties LLC is a real estate development and investment company focused on income-producing multi-family properties. The company currently owns 14 investment properties with ~1,000 units in eight states, comprised of garden-style, mid-rise, and townhome-style rentals. Recent transactions include the sale of a 50-unit apartment building in Bridgeport, CT, the purchase of a 164-unit apartment complex in Oakdale, PA, and the purchase of an 84-unit apartment complex in Chardon, OH.
WHAT WE DO
We purchase and ultimately sell or refinance multi-family properties that are tired and in need of significant updating. We reposition the properties by bringing them up to current standards. We are then able to compete with newer “Class A” properties in the area at a price tier just below them. To mitigate risk, we test the renovation program in a few units as they become available and then roll out or adjust the program accordingly.
